    This is wonderful advice for anyone going through health issues. I think one of the most important things is letting yourself feel all the emotions you have. We need to go through the process of those feelings to get to the “healing” end of things. The part that I have the hardest with is asking for help, but slowly I am starting to. Baby steps, right?! Thanks for another great post Leslie!
